Our team had the pleasure of working on a visual identity system for NBA 2K Mobile. They needed a brand refresh to bring them closer stylistically to the main console game and modernize their app store and general web presence.
We kicked it off with a deep research phase where we compiled and cross analyzed brands, trends, teams, and communities within the sport, esport, gaming, mobile gaming industries.
We developed a functional brand system, complete with over 200 delivered templates and graphic assets ranging from court renders to page furniture lockups. Alongside the rest of the team I contributed to developing early and late stage creative concepts, photography and typography treatments, and graphic assets and templates.
